Does El & Wes Collection allow refunds to customers?

Accepted Answer

Due to EL & Wes being a "Small Business" and the realization that income is put back into the business, at this time we regrettably decline refunds for products purchased. Once the company reaches a larger income base we may change our stance on refunds, but currently we have not received any requests for a refund or dis-satisfied customers.

Does El & Wes Collection allow exchanges to customers?

Accepted Answer

An exchange can be negotiated if the product arrives damaged.  Proof of damaged shipment packaging must be provided by the consumer (consisting of a picture of shipment package, picture of product).

Original shipping costs will not be refunded and the consumer is required to ship the original packaging and product back to EL & Wes with a return authorization #/confirmation.  A new product exactly as originally ordered would be shipped back to the consumer.

How long will take to receive my order?

Accepted Answer

An order placed prior to 4 pm Central Standard Time will be processed the following business day (Shipments are generally picked up same day as processed).

An order placed after 4 pm Central Standard time will be processed the following day.

Standard shipping is Priority Mail through USPS. Packages normally arrive within 3-4 business days (dependent on postal delivery schedules).
