  • Does El & Wes Collection allow refunds to customers?
    Due to EL & Wes being a "Small Business" and the realization that income is put back into the business, at this time we regrettably decline refunds for products purchased. Once the company reaches a larger income base we may change our stance on refunds, but currently we have not received any requests for a refund or dis-satisfied customers.
  • Does El & Wes Collection allow exchanges to customers?
    An exchange can be negotiated if the product arrives damaged. Proof of damaged shipment packaging must be provided by the consumer (consisting of a picture of shipment package, picture of product). Original shipping costs will not be refunded and the consumer is required to ship the original packaging and product back to EL & Wes with a return authorization #/confirmation. A new product exactly as originally ordered would be shipped back to the consumer.
  • How long will take to receive my order?
    An order placed prior to 4 pm Central Standard Time will be processed the following business day (Shipments are generally picked up same day as processed). An order placed after 4 pm Central Standard time will be processed the following day. Standard shipping is Priority Mail through USPS. Packages normally arrive within 3-4 business days (dependent on postal delivery schedules).
