  • Product Availability: We make every effort to maintain a well-stocked inventory of hair products. However, due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances, certain items may temporarily be out of stock. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

  • Pricing: All prices listed in our site are in [USD] and include any applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, any price adjustments will not affect confirmed orders.

  • Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate and detailed descriptions of our hair products, including ingredients, usage instructions, and any potential warnings. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team at

  • Returns and Exchanges: An exchange can be negotiated if the product arrives damaged.  Proof of damaged shipment packaging must be provided by the consumer (consisting of a picture of shipment package, picture of product).  Original shipping costs will not be refunded and the consumer is required to ship the original packaging and product back to EL & Wes with a return authorization #/confirmation.  A new product exactly as originally ordered would be shipped back to the consumer.​

  • Shipping and Delivery: An order placed prior to 4 pm Central Standard Time will be processed the following business day (Shipments are generally picked up same day as processed). An order placed after 4 pm Central Standard time will be processed the following day. Standard shipping is Priority Mail through USPS. Packages normally arrive within 3-4 business days (dependent on postal delivery schedules).
